Gina Ruiz, Market Research Project Director, has been helping companies optimize performance and take advantage of new market opportunities for almost a decade. She has held senior positions at several companies, including Institutional Investor, where her market research and writing skills led to the publishing of over 900 reports. In addition to synthesizing ground-breaking business intelligence reports, Gina has provided consulting services for a host of Fortune 500 and Hispanic Fortune 500 clients, helping them make critical decisions - from new market entry and new product development to implementing new communication strategies. Some of her clients include: Disney Corporation, Disney Resorts, Pepsi Corporation, Lexicon Marketing and Novamex.
Gina has extensive international market research experience, with expertise in Latin America and Europe. Around the world she has played a major role in developing strategic business relationships with a number of influential business leaders and policy makers. Also, she recently completed an academic fellowship at Oxford University in England, where she wrote and published a research paper – Sowing the Seeds of Free Trade.
Gina earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from New York University and holds an MBA degree in International Marketing from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management. In addition to her native English, she is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
